MGT400

Assalamualaikum. This semester  i took subject MGT400 which is Management . My lecturer is Dr. Md Noh but we called Tok Ayah. He is very humble person and good in teaching. Tok ayah always make sure we understand and give respond when he asking in the class. Management lesson teach me about four important in management which are Planning, Organizing, Controlling and Leading.  When i learn management, i able to understand and know how to manage when our plan did not working. I also excited learn about leading. This is because, we can learn about how to be a good leader, how want to persuade worker to follow our instruction and very important to us as a leader have a good communication between workers. When the leader and the workers have a good communication, the information that the leader says able understand and acceptable by the workers. The workers also did not any problems to discuss and inform to the leaders if they misunderstanding about the information that the leader was given. 

here, i give you link advantanges and disadvantages of effective communication. This is very important for yourself even though you are not be a leader.
